General Informations
– By plane : Metz-Nancy-Lorraine Regional Airport flies to all the major cities in France
and Europe either direct or through connecting flights.
– By TGV train : TGV that runs between Basel, Mulhouse and Strasbourg
provides connections throughout Alsace. TGV also puts Lorraine at just 1h30 from Paris.
Trains run several times a day and stop at many regional destinations.
Other high-speed TGV links put Strasbourg, Frankfurt, Luxembourg
and Saarbrücken within easy distance of Lorraine too.
– By car : Alsace has an efficient motorway system.
The A35 motorway crosses Alsace from north to south,
a distance that can be driven in under 2 hours.
