That’s one of the reasons why we call Normandy oysters “deep-sea oysters”. Another reason is that when you taste Normandy oysters, their juicy fleshy texture, iodine-rich ocean flavor, with a delicate smooth milky taste, will bring your mind right back to the deep sea. It’s like a milky juicy ocean melting in your mouth.
